Applied for credit hours from Andhra Pradesh state medical council

Delegate should be a member of IADVL. Should quote the same while registering. If you are a Dermatologist / Dermatology Post graduate & if not yet become an IADVL member - Either MCI / NMC Recognized Dermatology Degree/Diploma or HOD letter saying that you are a post graduate in dermatology is mandatory.
